Weather plays an inportant role in winter, providing ice and snow. Where you are determines how much winter weather you will get. Wondering if it is truly wintery outside you may want to go outside. Wandering outside can solve this mistery. Whether you like winter or not it is a part of the year and can not be avoided, unless you hibernate.
